Want to learn more about maple growing and product processing? From February 27 to March 7, during the school break, the silver maple trees at Place Jean-Béliveau will be tapped to familiarize you with the principles of maple syrup production. From the harvesting of the maple water to the transformation process, you will learn more about the art of making maple syrup among others. Activity organized in collaboration with Le Grand Marché de Québec and Érablière Godbout.
