Carnaval de Québec

February 5 to 14, 2021

February 5 to 14, 2021

The 67th Quebec Winter Carnival will certainly be different, but no less fun! The complete program has been adapted to the alert level issued by the Quebec government at this time. Presently in a red zone, the 2021 Carnival will deploy outside only scenic elements and contemplative monuments of ice and snow.

Disseminated through the commercial arteries of the city, about a hundred sculptures (Scotiabank Ice and Snow Route) and magnificent 20-foot-high towers (Loto-Québec Ice Towers), which will represent Bonhomme’s Palace, will rock Quebecers walks.

No event sites will be installed.

The virtual program will be added to the Carnival YouTube Channel.  The entire Carnival 2021 program is offered free of charge.
